Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer our customers a simple and hassle-free Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds.
- In case you have received the product/s in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the same to the delivery person.
- If you find any damaged/ incorrect/incomplete product please write to us at roohhandmade@gmail.com or whatsapp us on 8787590956 along with your Order ID and images of the product/s within 3 days of receiving your order. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost provided we have stock. In case stock is not available, we shall issue a 100% refund of the amount.
- Please note that we will process the refund in 2-3 working days and the amount will be credited on your bank account in 5-7 working days.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us.

We don’t accept returns/exchanges on the basis of design, colors and prints. Slight irregularities, misprints, small dye stains and color variations from website images are not considered as defects.

We do not offer reverse pick facility currently. The customer must dispatch (self-ship) the product to Rooh Handmade.

After the receipt of item(s), your request for refund/exchanges would be processed.

In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 2-3 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Rooh Handmade.
- Certain items, such as customized or sale products, may be non-returnable.
